The New Covenant

What is it? Is the Church expressing faith by it?
Why are we laboring as apostles of Christ to return the Church to the New Covenant?

When Jesus walked the earth in his earthly ministry He fulfilled the Law of Moses but set a new Law at the same time. The Law of Grace and Truth. This now is the new Law and Jesus is the New Covenant. Faith must now come into agreement and be expressed solely by the New Covenant Law, which is the pattern of grace and truth He set within Himself.

The Apostles all warned the Church was being infiltrated by wolves in sheep's clothing and believers were falling from grace and were mixing into the Covenant of Christ the tools and ordinances of the Old Covenant Law of Moses. Jesus visited the Apostle John after His resurrection and confirmed this, identifying works that were displeasing him and doctrine that was false. He warned them that he would remove their light if they did not repent. What happened? Did they heed His warning to repent and return to the first works? What is the landscape of Christianity 2,000 years later? Is the Church still removed from grace? Why does the Church need to return to "her first love"? What does that mean? What can we expect from the restoration of the Church?
